ME AND EFU LIFE:
I am Rina Ghanshamdas, holding a master’s degree in IT from the University of Sindh Jamshoro. I come from Jamshoro City and have a strong passion for traveling to different places. While many consultants end up in the life insurance industry by chance, I deliberately chose to join EFU Life Assurance.
My journey with EFU Life Assurance began in June 2003 as a sales consultant at the Hyderabad City Branch. I am thankful to my seniors who introduced me to this opportunity. In 2006, I achieved the qualification of 1st time Business Development Manager (BDM) and attended my first annual sales conference in PC Bhurbhan.
Currently, I hold the position of Chief Relationships Manager (CRM) at the Hyderabad Cantt Branch. I earned my first MDRT qualification in 2006 and have since become a lifetime member of MDRT USA due to my exceptional performance and significant contributions. Moreover, in 2014-2015, I attained the position of Member of Communication Committee.
Over the years, I have attended numerous MDRT conferences held in the USA, Canada, Malaysia, and Thailand. I am proud to be a Falcon Member for the past eight years, and I have successfully qualified for all Company conventions since 2008. In 2022, I achieved the status of Eagle Member.
Since 2008, I have been driving a Honda City car provided by the Company’s maintenance program.
MOTIVATION
Rewards and Recognition are always the biggest motivation. But the vision & leadership of our Higher Management. Honorable Mr. Taher G. Sachak (Vice chairman) respected Sir Muhammad Ali Ahmed (CEO & MD) respected Sir Mustafa Hussain Oonwala sb (NSD) have further inspired me to keep moving forward with great enthusiasm and professionalism.
MY MESSAGE
Respect and trust our seniors. Believe in yourself, Company and its products. Maintain time & punctuality and always try and meet maximum new people and provide them the best possible service. I advise all my colleagues to maintain good long-term relationship with their clients as it will help them in their career and growth.
