You will have 30 days to choose and redeem your vouchers; after that, the option to select and redeem your voucher will no longer be available. Once you get the voucher code, you will have another 30 days to use it on the reward partner’s platform.

EFU Life WIN reward points are awarded after you complete your goals related to physical activities, food, nutrition, and many other different activities. Your accumulated reward points determine your EFU Life WIN Status and associated rewards.

You can earn a maximum of 100,000 reward points in a year, which will earn you the Winner Status.

EFU Life WIN reward points serve two main purposes: they determine your annual WIN status which impacts the long-term policy-linked benefits; and they are also redeemable for medium-term rewards at Reward Store available in EFU Life WIN mobile app.

The customer can earn PKR 500 on completing 50,000 steps* or engaging in 5 hours of any physical activity with an elevated heart rate*, whichever comes first. The digital voucher will be issued on EFU Life WIN app as soon as either of these conditions is met and the customer can redeem it on any of the available reward partners’ platforms. This reward is limited to a maximum of 4 vouchers per month, meaning that a customer can earn a maximum of PKR 2,000 per month under this reward category.

The medium-term reward is based on point accumulation and redemption against an online reward store. Customers can earn up to 100,000 points annually. The customer can earn up to PKR 10,000 annually and purchase exciting rewards from the EFU Life WIN reward store based on the points accumulated & their WIN status.

Any EFU Life WIN policyholder can qualify for the EFU Life WIN’s long-term rewards as per the criteria mentioned in provisions and conditions.
