Karachi: EFU Life Assurance Limited, leading private sector life insurance provider in the country, has been honored with 'Certificate of Excellence' by Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) in the Banking & Insurance category in the 30th Corporate Excellence Awards 2014. The awards ceremony was recently held at Governor House, Karachi and was presided by President Mamnoon Hussain.
EFU Life has been recognized for excellence in its management practices for the sixth consecutive time. The award reflects the company's outstanding performance and progress in areas of Strategic Planning, Leadership, Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, Customer & Market Focus, Human Resource, Operations and Information Management.
The Corporate Excellence Award was instituted by MAP in 1982 with the sole aim to recognize and honour companies showing outstanding performance and demonstrating progress and enlightened management practices.
