I began my journey with EFU Life Assurance Ltd. on October 21, 2002, with a deep commitment to safeguarding families. From the start, I viewed my work as a devotion, believing that success comes through dedication and perseverance. I am grateful for the blessings of God and the support of my mentors and colleagues.
The visionary leadership of our founders, Mr. Roshen Ali Bhimjee (Late) and Mr. Taher G. Sachak, laid the foundation for our Company’s mission to create meaningful impact. Their efforts, along with Mr. Naseem A. Choudhary (Late) and Mr. Saifuddin Zoomkawala, continue to inspire us. Today, under the leadership of Mr. Mohammed Ali (Managing Director & CEO), and the guidance of Mr. Mustafa Hussain Oonwala (Executive National Sales Director), Mr. Shahjahan (Deputy National Sales Director), and Mr. Abdul Wahab Shaikh (Branch Manager, Karachi Gulshan Branch), we remain committed to excellence.
As a Chief Relationship Manager, my focus has always been on client success. Through dedication and trust, I have not only achieved personal milestones but also helped my clients prosper. Being recognized as a Lifetime Member of MDRT is a testament to this commitment. However, these achievements belong just as much to my valued clients, whose continuous support has been the driving force behind every milestone.

My journey with EFU Life began with the understanding that becoming a Business Development Manager (BDM) is a significant aspiration for everyone in our profession. Determined to achieve this goal as swiftly as possible, I remained focused on my path. Along the way, I gained valuable insights into the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a globally recognized organization. Encouraged by my seniors, I actively pursued MDRT membership, recognizing its dedication to excellence and charitable work. I am proud to have consistently met the MDRT targets, which mark a major milestone in my career.
Attending the MDRT conference in the USA was a defining moment, as I had the honor of representing EFU Life Assurance Ltd. and proudly flying the flag of Pakistan on stage. Over the past ten years, I have had the privilege of meeting the MDRT president at the annual conference, who attended the conference with his son, an experience that has been both inspiring and humbling. This journey has motivated me to envision my own son as a future MDRT member. I am proud that he has already achieved four years of MDRT membership and attended Global Conferences. My son, Jetendar, continues to inspire me with his dedication and commitment.
Success is rarely achieved alone. It requires a mindset that embraces grand ideas and bold aspirations. Most importantly, the unwavering support of family plays a crucial role. My family has always stood by me, celebrating every achievement and providing the encouragement needed to dream big.
