Me and EFU Life

My name is Ayesha Aslam, and I joined EFU Hemayah Takaful on September 5, 2024. Although I had no prior work experience, I began my career with EFU as a Takaful Sales Consultant shortly after completing my graduation. By the grace of Allah, I was promoted to Senior Takaful Consultant within just one month of joining the company.

My Message

Challenges may seem difficult at first, but with hard work and the right support, you can overcome anything. Believe in yourself, stay focused, and surround yourself with positive influences. Success comes when you push through doubts and remain determined. Together, we can achieve great things.

Achievements

In my first five days at EFU Hemayah Takaful, I felt uncertain about my ability to succeed. However, during a floor session, my Regional Manager, Mr. Ehtesham Ali, offered invaluable motivation, and it was on that day I realized I could achieve my goals. I would like to extend my special thanks to my manager, Mr. Ahsan Tahir, for providing me with the opportunity, support, and encouragement that helped me thrive.

By the grace of Allah, and with the support of both Mr. Ehtesham Ali and Mr. Ahsan Tahir, I was able to achieve a collected business of 2 million within 20 days. This led to my promotion from Takaful Sales Consultant to Senior Takaful Consultant.

My goal for this year is to become a Falcon member, and I am proud to have already completed the first step within my first month. Insha’Allah, I am confident I will achieve this milestone.

I feel incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such a supportive and remarkable team, and I consider it a true blessing.
