<p>You can secure this plan for yourself, your spouse, children, and parents, covering ages up to 60 years at enrollment, with benefits extending until age 65. Children are eligible from 3 months old.</p>

Coverage does not include expenses for Pre-existing conditions (within the first 4 years), Pregnancy and Childbirth, Outpatient treatment, Congenital Birth Defects, War, Invasion, Civil unrest, Infertility, Cosmetic treatment, or routine Medical Checkups.

Network Hospitals are selected by our team of doctors based on a thorough evaluation of their services, staff, and faculty. The company has a credit arrangement with all its Network Hospitals. You can view all Network Hospitals here.

If you misplace or damage your Health Card, report it to the Individual Health Department immediately. A duplicate card will be issued after verification.

Yes, you can include eligible dependents within 30 days of their eligibility. Simply enroll them by completing the Application Form.

You cannot carry over the remaining amount to next year. Your Annual Limit is the maximum you can claim per policy period. Any excess must be covered by the insured members themselves.
