Terms & Conditions:
- You can book your international tickets at least two weeks prior to the date of travelling. You can book your
domestic tickets at least 5 days prior to the date of travelling
- You can avail discounts on international domestic tickets (on base fares only)
- Discount on visa service charges and meet & assist services
- All travel arrangements will be carried out by our travel partners
- EFU Hemayah Takaful and its travel partners give no guarantee as to the availability of the tickets based on
your preferred airline or dates, but will assist you to the maximum extent possible
- EFU Hemayah Takaful and travel partners give no guarantee as to the acceptance of the visa application by the
relevant visa authorities, but will assist you to the maximum extent possible
- Seats are always subject to availability. Ticket to be refunded as per airline policy
- You can request travel related services at the PRIMUS Travel Desk from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm and you
will get a response within 12 working hours
