Being a doctor by profession, I joined EFU Life back in 2013 as part of the claims team and was promoted to department head within the next two years. After over a decade in claims management at EFU Life, I have now taken a pivotal step in my career journey as I transition to the role of spearheading the newly founded ‘Well-Being’ segment of the company. EFU Life’s employee-friendly policies and emphasis on work-life balance have facilitated my professional evolution, while at the same time providing the comfort and flexibility needed to manage my responsibilities as a devoted mother of two teens back home.
